The staff was kind and they stayed on top of the whole purchase and delivery process, with constant feedback and communications. They were a big part of the great experience I lived in the game. I will use them again in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy a match or any other event.
Great tickets, delivery as promised. was a little leery at first after reading some reviews, but they delivered. a little slow on answering emails, would like to hear from them same day but they did answer by next day. in the end, pretty smooth and felt good about using them again because they were honest about everything.
I live abroad in Peru and i bought 02 tickets for the UCL Final 2016/2017 and they sent them to the hotel where i was staying at Cardiff. The tickets were 100% real !!!! Although the price was high but it was worth the value because they were real tickets. Finally, Football Ticket Net is a trusted page, and i want to advise that i am not getting paid for this review. Totally happy with my tickets.
I bought 2 tickets for the match between Man City and Barcelona for 1/11/2016. I was worried when the tickets did not arrive by the week before the match and I had ordered a whole month before. I emailed them and asked, since I had to fly from London to Manchester for the match. They explained that they usually deliver just a few days before the match, but they would let the supplier know that I was flying and ask him to send earlier. True to their word, the tickets were delivered to my address in London 3 days before the match and I was relieved. You don't always know who is on the other side of a website or phone call, but they came through as they said and I had a great time. Cheers to Football Ticket Net.

Excellent service, we received our tickets for Arsenal's game in London on the a day before the game as advertised, they were mailed to our hotel, and they were in our room when we got there.The price was way better that any other sites I researched ( by the way I did and extensive online research 😉), also we got amazing hospitality seats🍺.I would definitely recommend this service!! The experience was great. I received notifications (emails & phone calls) confirming where the tickets will be avail to be either picked up from stadium, near the stadium or mailed to my hotel. For every game it worked without a problem. The local reps were easy to deal with and i noticed they all were easier to contact via whatsapp.
Seating was good and was very happy with the seats we purchased.
I would use Football Ticketnet when we will return for another tour in a couple of years.

Very good service from staff and better tickets than I had expected
Brought tickets from New Zealand, months prior to game, Crystal Palace vs Leicester, which duly arrived a couple of days after purchase as an E.Ticket.
However contacted the day before the game to say that there was an issue with the purchased tickets and that we should not use them. Not to worry though, as we would be provided with an upgrade to the "Directors Box".
True to their word, met their agent outside the ground as arranged prior to the game, and we were indeed upgraded to Director's Box.
Fantastic experience.
Only criticism would be, (if indeed it is a criticism) was that once we were told that there was an issue with the earlier tickets, between ourselves and our earlier supplied contact phone number, there must have been nearly a dozen calls, advising us of the upgrade.

I have used Football Ticket Net multiple times now. Their processes have gotten better over the years, but they've always come through for me. Keep in mind their best seats require a passbook that has to be given to you in person and in the country, so if coming from the US you cannot get tickets ahead of time. It's nerve racking, but it is just the way it works.

I had a good experience with Football Ticket Net for a game at Arsenal. The seats in club level came at a reasonable price, significantly cheaper than the same offered on other sites. The one snag was that the tickets were supposed to be 'longside' and they were in fact behind a goal, that said the view was great. All that said, dealing with FTN was excellent, they kept me informed all the time and and I am confident I will use them again in future

I bought these football tickets for my son for Christmas. It was 3 tickets to see Manchester United play Bournemouth, in the Stretford End. I had read all the reviews posted here and on other secondary ticket selling websites and the reviews were best for FootballTicket.Net.
But I was still extremely nervous. The tickets weren't cheap and I was buying something online that I wouldn't see until the day before. But I received regular correspondence, was able to speak to someone over the phone and used chat online via their website.

Purchased a football match ticket from Football Ticket Net for the 1st time when I wanted to visit Manchester to watch a football match in Old Trafford.

Anfangs war ich nicht sicher, ob das auch funktioniert. Ich habe 3 Tickets für die Premier League bestellt und musste dann auch gleich bezahlen. Ab der Bestellung vergingen 4 Wochen und habe die Tickets 6 Wochen vor Spielstart als Downloadlink bekommen, ausgedruckt und fertig. Sogar bekam ich ein Upgrade der Sitzplätze ohne Zusatzkosten. Absolut unkompliziert und der Mailverkehr war sehr professionell!
Gut die Tickets sind natürlich extrem teuer im Vergleich zu dem was auf dem Ticket steht, aber die Preise sieht man ja vorher und kann sich überlegen, ob es einem wert ist. Bei einem Tripp nach London hat man ansonsten ja keine andere Möglichkeit an Tickets zu kommen und wenn man da ist, sollte man das auch mit nehmen.
